The Wii is a highly addictive console with tons of games that are best enjoyed with friends. Ever since this gaming console was launched, the gaming world has been turned upside down by this fresh take on how games should be played.
If you love playing games on the Wii then you probably already know how expensive this can be. You could end up spending thousands of dollars on this hobby.
What you could consider doing instead is copying. But then the legal issue comes into the picture. This is kind of a grey area since when you are buying a game, there is no law that prevents you from creating backups right?
The game discs are quite fragile and can break or get damaged easily. There is absolutely no reason why you should be forced to buy the same CD twice, is there? So why can’t you burn a copy for yourself?
Now let’s discuss how you can do that. There are quite a few options available and there are a number of forums where you can go and learn how. The truth here is, you will not have to break your console in order to play these games as long as you do it right. Breaking your console, will void the warranty immediately and you might even spoil it completely.
There are a lot of software options out there that can do this job of copying for you. Some of them are free too. But all of the free ones usually have problems. You may even have to use 3-4 different software packages in order to successfully copy a single game. Not as easy as you may imagine now is it? And if you make a small mistake in the process, you will have to start over.
It’s easier to just use a paid software that does everything in a single go. There are risks here too, but nothing as compared to using free software.
