Cut Your Grass with a Wii
The Wii’s uses beyond gaming have been well documented, from surgery to rehabilitation. Scientists in Denmark have taken the Wii’s uses into the everyday. PC World says a person can control a lawnmower with the flick of a wrist.
The modified Wiimote communicates to a computer through Bluetooth. The mower mimics the motion of the remote. The system also allows the computer to assist the user around tight corners or even finish the job automatically.
