We have been treated to additions to all three services this week.

Bit.Trip: Beat - 600 points

Bit.Trip Beat is a rhythm game that brings retro action into the present, letting you use the motion-sensing Wii Remote controller to bounce beats. Retro visuals, classic game play, four-player multiplayer and an 8-bit soundtrack will get you in the zone and rock your world. The challenges are mighty, but if you can stay cool as the difficulty increases, you’ll discover the beginnings of the Bit.Trip saga.

Dr. Mario Express - 500 points

Mario once again dons his stethoscope to battle the forces of illness in this downloadable version of the classic puzzle game.

Use vitamins to eliminate viruses in Classic mode, or play against a computer opponent in Vs. CPU mode. Make an appointment with Dr. Mario today.

Galaxy Force II - 800 points

You are strapped into a spaceship to take on five dangerous planets, with environments ranging from a pleasant green field, to a lava lake and a field of ice.

You will have to fly freely before cutting through tunnels and canyons, and finally destroying an alien base. Your energy starts at 1200 and decreases as shots hit you, or you make contact with a wall or blockage. You have infinite cannon fire and guided missiles to help you along. You can get regular energy recharges and power upgrades, by shooting and then collecting their carrier pods. Can you survive?

Master of Illusion Express: Funny Face - 200 points

A slightly more portable version of the game “Funny Face” from Master of Illusion/Magic Made Fun for the DS.
