Lost in Blue: Shipwrecked (Wii) - due out February 13th!
Konami have been releasing Lost In Blue games for the DS since 2005, and they have proven to be quite successful with gamers seeking a decent adventure to work their way through. Now at last, we have Lost In Blue: Shipwrecked for the Wii, and it’s looking pretty good from where I’m standing!
As with the DS games, you start the game washed up on a desert island, which you will be able to explore to the full. You can dive in the sea, explore forests, ruins and even approach an active volcano with caution! And you’ll find friends and pets along the way, that will help you to either find a way to escape or settle in Paradise for life - it’s up to you.
The practice mode allows you to play 40 mini-games to master the necessary skills ready to tackle those situations in the main game, and a full island tutorial is included on the disc so everyone can grasp the game’s full potential.
It may look a little too much like Sims 2: Castaway at first glance, but on the strength of its DS siblings, I reckon it should be miles better!
